Parcel Delivery
- Attach the delivery note visibly to the parcel
- Always include the ISBN on the delivery note
- Label each parcel with the following information:
- Reference: Nova MD
- Date
- Quantity
- ISBN or item number
- Title/item description
Pallets Delivery
- Deliver on Euro pallets suitable for high-bay storage
- Maximum height 120 cm, including pallet and top cover
- Maximum weight 800 kg per pallet
- Pallets must be loaded lengthwise in the direction of travel
- Load only one item per Euro pallet (single-SKU pallets)
- Contents must not overhang the pallet
- Secure pallets with edge protectors and stretch film
- Attach the delivery note visibly on top of the pallet
- Always include the ISBN on the delivery note
- Label both short sides of the pallet with the following information: title/item description, ISBN or item number, quantity
